By creating an account or placing a wager on Gold365Exch, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and the operator of gold365exch.vip.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and legally permitted to engage in online betting in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that participating on Gold365Exch is allowed under the local laws that apply to you.
2. Account Registration
An account on Gold365Exch is created exclusively through our WhatsApp onboarding process. You may hold only one active account. The credentials we hand over are personal — sharing them, transferring them, or selling them is forbidden and can lead to suspension.
- Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date personal information.
- Keep your login credentials private and store them securely.
- Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not impersonate another individual when registering.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit accepted on Gold365Exch is ₹100. Players can fund their wallet using UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay or direct bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during normal operating hours and processed back to the same instrument used for the deposit, wherever possible. Routine fraud and KYC checks may delay payouts in certain cases.
4. Betting and Market Settlement
Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be reversed. Markets are settled on the basis of the outcomes published by the official governing body of the relevant sport or tournament. If a contest is abandoned, postponed indefinitely, or its result is overturned, Gold365Exch reserves the right to void the affected markets and refund any related stakes.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotional offers are released from time to time and are governed by their own additional rules. By claiming a bonus you accept the rollover, expiry and qualifying-stake conditions attached to it. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are not permitted on Gold365Exch:
- Operating multiple accounts to bypass limits or claim duplicate bonuses.
- Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or insider-information based wagering.
- Submitting fake or stolen payment details.
- Harassing customer-support staff or fellow players.
7. Suspension and Closure
Gold365Exch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account that breaches these terms, fails KYC verification, or shows signs of fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, deposits and winnings may be held pending investigation.
8. Service Availability
While we strive for round-the-clock uptime, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events or upstream provider outages may cause temporary disruption. Gold365Exch is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gold365Exch is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages stemming from your use of the platform. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute is the closure of your account and refund of the verified balance held in it.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be amended periodically to reflect platform updates, legal requirements or operational improvements. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
